Katy started Leader Success in 2012 in San Francisco. The company is built on over twenty-five years of experience Katy has in consulting, talent management, leadership, and team development.
Katy has worked in consulting at Accenture and Korn Ferry (PDI/Ninth House) and has had senior leader roles at organizations including Interactive Media, Gap Inc., Levi Strauss, and Alliance Leadership.
Katy is passionate about helping leaders engage, inspire, and motivate their teams to set them up for success. She finds purpose and meaning in her work and strives to make a positive difference one leader and team at a time.

Leader Success has a global team of experienced facilitators and consultants in the US, Europe, and Asia. Each member of the Leader Success team brings a minimum of 15 years of experience to our engagements. Our facilitators have both business and leadership development experience with expertise in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, and Change Management.
