Leader Success Inc is a global leadership company providing Leadership and Management Programs, Team Development, and Executive Coaching to clients across industries. We are dedicated to helping organizations create a motivating and inspiring work environment that enables people to do their best work. We help leaders build self-awareness, shift their mindsets and perspectives, and implement practical skills to lead more effectively and have greater impact.
We believe that simple is better, growth is a process and not an event, and leaders at all levels can succeed and thrive. We specialize in providing engaging and interactive virtual and in-person programs, workshops, and coaching experiences. We design custom programs, offer a Train-the-Trainer Program, have licensing models available for our programs, and provide program and project management services.
Leader Success has offices in San Francisco and London, and facilitators available worldwide. Current languages include: French, German, Romanian, and Japanese. Training can be provided in other languages upon request.

Katy started Leader Success in 2012 in San Francisco. The company is built on over twenty-five years of experience Katy has in consulting, talent management, leadership, and team development.
Katy has worked in consulting at Accenture and Korn Ferry (PDI/Ninth House) and has had senior leader roles at organizations including Interactive Media, Gap Inc., Levi Strauss, and Alliance Leadership.
Katy is passionate about helping leaders engage, inspire, and motivate their teams to set them up for success. She finds purpose and meaning in her work and strives to make a positive difference one leader and team at a time.

Leader Success has a global team of experienced facilitators and consultants in the US, Europe, and Asia. Each member of the Leader Success team brings a minimum of 15 years of experience to our engagements. Our facilitators have both business and leadership development experience with expertise in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, and Change Management.

Leader Success provides comprehensive program, project, and facilitator management to help you implement your programs seamlessly including:
- Facilitator scheduling and logistics
- Feedback results on content, delivery, and learning
- Identifying and sharing themes from facilitators across programs
- Providing feedback to facilitators to improve effectiveness if identified through participant or client feedback.
- Other logistical support as needed
