Virtual and In-Person Team Programs
No two groups are the same. Our team programs are individually tailored to address the specific business challenges and opportunities for each team. Whether we’re working with a functional group or a senior leadership team, we integrate content from our leadership programs as appropriate to meet a team’s objectives and create tailored content to build targeted skills. Our in-person and virtual programs range in length from two hours to a full day or more and can be tailored to emphasize growth areas such as building trust, collaboration and influence, productive conflict, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and more.
Our workshops are a powerful–and fun–way for team members to get to know each other better, learn new techniques to work together, build cohesiveness, and enhance collaboration.
At your option, Leader Success will conduct interviews prior to the workshop to identify the things that really matter for your team–business challenges and opportunities, personal concerns, unexpressed needs–and we’ll tailor our session to address them. Additionally, participants may take an online assessment to identify their strengths, work styles, or work preferences, and these results become an integral part of–and greatly enhance–the workshop. During each session, participants will engage in thoughtful activities, discussions, and interactions designed to build trust, enhance communication, and improve collaboration.
We provide follow-up activities, support mechanisms, and can work with a group over time to develop and implement team plans and agreements.
