Leader Success was founded in 2012 by Katy Sharon after 15 years as an internal leadership development and talent management leader. The company has grown to include a core and extended team of learning professionals, facilitators, and executive coaches. Leader Success helps leaders build self-awareness, develop and deepen their skills, and understand what will propel them forward or get in their way.
Katy Santen Sharon, President
Katy has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas and a BA from Duke University. Katy is a certified executive coach, expert facilitator, and learning program designer. She is a Linked In Learning instructor, author of over 15 Leader Success courses and books, ATD contributor, and public speaker.
