Management Fundamentals

Management Essentials Program

Leader Success offers tailored and standard manager programs to accelerate development through workshops, e-books, toolkits, micro-learning and Train-the-Trainer options. Integrated micro-learning and AI solutions are currently under development.

Programs are delivered virtually or in-person, and our solutions are customized and supported by follow-up resources. New managers value connecting with their peers to share challenges, provide peer coaching, and to benefit from others’ experiences. Each program includes a virtual or in-person session for connection and practice.

The Core Program can be delivered in workshop blocks 2-4 weeks apart or with an in-person, virtual, or hybrid approach. Delivery length and timing is flexible to meet our clients’ needs.
