The Five Behaviors of a Team

This assessment developed from Patrick Lencioni’s research and book on team effectiveness, helps teams identify strengths, address opportunities, and develop actionable plans based on feedback and concrete data. Results include insights for improving effectiveness in each key behavior. An individual version is also available, providing personal strategies for enhancing team contribution.

Teams review summary data, discuss each behavior, explore root causes, and create action plans. This process fosters candid discussions about barriers to team effectiveness and identifies behaviors to sustain or change.
