Management Essentials - for emerging and new managers
New managers often lack the confidence and skills to effectively transition into the management role. They face complexity managing hybrid, virtual, matrixed, and global teams. They are asked to motivate and engage teams, be more strategic, and help individuals and teams perform at their best. Our programs build self-awareness and equip managers with the skills, new mindsets, and confidence to set direction, manage performance, motivate, give feedback, and coach and develop others.
Leading Others - for mid-level to senior leaders
As leaders become more experienced, they need to become more emotionally intelligent, authentic, empathetic, and drive for results while engaging and motivating their teams. Their focus becomes building and leading high-performing teams and operating at a strategic level across the organization.
Programs are delivered virtually, in-person, or as a hybrid solution. Programs include assessments, pre-and post-work, peer coaching teams, e-learning, toolkit, and follow up resources.
Workshops
Our virtual or in person workshops are tailored to your organization and can be delivered standalone, as a custom series, or integrated into your organization’s programs.
Peer Coaching Teams
We’ll help you launch peer coaching teams following a leadership program or to support cross-functional peer connections anytime. Peer coaching guides include how to structure the program, agendas for self-directed peer coaching, and coaching group resources.

Workshop toolkits and e-books are available for additional activities, resources and tools.
